About Us

OUR VISION

The young ladies will learn the true value of faith and family, while being of service to their community.  We will attempt to forge partnerships with the parents/guardians, to develop trusting bonds that create a space for open honest communication. The ladies will have the freedom to be their authentic selves, while discovering what imprint they want to leave on the world. We will provide an open forum for them to discuss their challenges such as, bullying, drugs, domestic violence, sibling rivalry, emotional health, etc. We are teaching young ladies to understand the importance of peer connection, community service and preparation for their future.

OUR MISSION

To develop well-rounded young ladies, ages 11 - 17, inspiring them to recognize the importance of personal and professional growth, social skills, higher education, building relationships and tapping into the true potential of an unlimited future.

We are committed to striving for excellence, continued growth, respect and trust.  We will encourage and support the ladies as they move towards their personal goals and desires.  True mentorship comes from the heart, and the mentors of God’s Ladies in Charge are here to serve our mentees.

OATH

I am the light that shines in the darkness. I am all God created me to be and I willingly share my light with others. I take charge of any space God leads me into. I am one of God’s Ladies in Charge.

DAILY PRAYER

Thank You Father for taking care of our children so much better than we ever could. We rejoice in Your promises over our children. We surrender our worry and our tendency to manage their lives, so that You can step in and heal what needs to be healed, restore what needs to be restored and show them Your glory and loving kindness.
